Zinsser Drywall Primer is designed to seal new drywall and tape joints. Primer will not raise the nap on new drywall and seals the surface for painting in just 1 hour. Sands easily for a smooth surface to apply finish paints. Use a high build, high resin content Zinsser Primer Sealer such as BullsEye 1-2-3 under low sheen wall paints for maximum holdout.
