The Keeper 15 ft. High Tension Ratchet Tie-Down features an abrasion resistant 1 in. Hi-Test webbing to secure cargo and absorb shock during transportation. It is constructed with a steel ratchet buckle, a paddle molded handle, and vinyl-coated S hooks. To engage, attach the hook to an anchor point, pull the strap over the cargo, and tug to desired tension. Then ratchet by raising and lowering the handle to lock cargo into place.
